Guarantee:
Prior to actual use, customer shall test and determine suitability
of 8mmfilmstock cameras, film stock, products and video tape
for intended use and shall notify seller of any claim of defective
product within sixty (60) days of receipt of shipment by customer.
Seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity
of the product proved to be defective. Seller shall not be
liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential,
arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.
There are no returns or exchanges on film stock stock purchased.

IMPORTANT
NOTE PLEASE READ:
Because there has been so many problems with the United States
Post Office recently we cannot guarantee the reliability of
shipments using USPS or take responsibility for lost shipments.
This means that we usually do not replace the film until the
USPS has accepted our claim for lost packages and has done
a complete investigation. Problems with the USPS are out of
our control and we have started to include USPS complaint
forms with each package so our customers can voice their outrage
over lost, late or misplaced shipments with the USPS directly.
We suggest that you anticipate your film needs and order a
quantity enough film that would justify using FED EX and UPS
ground. Please note that you can purchase the FED EX and UPS
shipping option. We also have an overnight service that costs
